PRODUCTION MONITORING

We perform comprehensive quality and manufacturing monitoring. In the following, we provide an insight into our methods, controls and reporting. Our principle is: "Controlled today - informed today!"
Our employees work according to the self-developed manual "Guide for Acceptance Activities". 

In addition, the specifications of our customers form the basis of our activities.

REPORTING PRINCIPLES

The information is provided immediately after the control activities, separately agreed requirements are taken into account.

The following four principles underlie the reports:

  • confine results to facts
  • Present the situation factually, professionally and truthfully
  • Proposals for targeted measures to postpone deadlines
  • Proposals for targeted measures in the event of quality deficiencies

METHODS
Monitoring includes the following procedures: 

  • Control visits
  • Project management at the supplier
  • Status queries (by telephone, fax, mail, etc.)
  • Photo documentation
  • Meetings (with clients, suppliers)
  • Permanent quality and production monitoring

CONTROLS
Continuous production monitoring and controls in all other phases of the project are particularly important.

We offer our customers the following checks: 

  • during work scheduling
  • when ordering materials
  • for production planning
  • Production status checks (deadline and quality)
    - for incoming materials
    - for finishing work (burning, sawing, drilling)
    - for tacking and welding production
    - for mechanical processing
    - for assembly
    - for hydraulic and lubrication equipment
    - for electrical equipment
    - for coating and transport preparation
  • Documentation (complete, punctual, accurate)
    - Labelling, packaging, shipping 

REPORTING
The inspector shall report all findings of manufacturing surveillance and other inspections in the form of: 

  • Status reports with photo awards
  • Project overviews 
  • Schedules and actual conditions
  • Quality plans
  • Error reporting at:
    - quality defects
    - manufacturing defects
    - drawing defects
    - parts list defects 
  • Supplier evaluations
