YOUR TASKS:

• Assembly of steel and metal constructions according to individual part drawings as well as parts lists and technical specifications
• Pre-assembly and assembly of hydraulic assemblies
• Reading and editing hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
• Professional piping and tubing on machine assemblies
• Commissioning of the machines in the workshop

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of activity described above
• Experience in reading mechanical engineering drawings as well as their piping diagrams
• Good technical understanding
• Committed, goal-oriented and structured way of working

• Fixing and tacking the assemblies with MAG welding process
• Fitting work on the assemblies by re-burning and grinding

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training in the metal sector, ideally as a construction mechanic
• Several years of professional experience in the field of activity described above
• Experience in reading drawings of complex steel structures as well as in pre-setting steel components
• Good technical understanding

• Application of the test procedures in our test hall and at our customers' premises
• Preparation of the necessary test reports after the test has been carried out
• Creation of the associated documentation
• Set-up and coordination of audit activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Desirable Further training in non-destructive testing to level 2 in the following procedures: RT/US/MP/FE/VT. If not all procedures are available, these can be acquired through further training.
• Confident handling of standard programmes (Excel, Word etc.)
