Our projects take their course
The hall is filling up more and more with pre-material for the production of various assemblies for various customers in the neighbouring area. We have already delivered some components in the last few weeks after successful assembly and acceptance by the customer. At the moment, the prefabrication department is working at full capacity with various machine parts that will later be needed for final assembly and piping. In the mechanical processing department, we are also working at full capacity and are doing our best to meet all the deadlines as planned. The assembly department will start with the assembly of brake stands and bearing housings in the coming weeks. Here, too, we will be working on other projects in parallel.
We will start assembling and completing the track for our customer TMT in the near future. For another large customer, we will assemble and complete the machine components that are ready for assembly.
What are our tasks in these projects?
- Complete production of components according to customer requirements, drawings and parts lists
- Quality documentation according to customer specifications and internal quality records
- Total procurement of purchased parts
- Complete welded part production
- Total mechanical processing
- Complete mechanical assembly with electrical wiring and piping work
- Final inspections with the customers
- Dispatch execution
