The world's first phosphorus recycling plant in Hamburg
Another new and above all exciting project is waiting for us!
We are responsible for supplier tracking, quality and schedule monitoring for the world's first phosphorus recycling plant in Hamburg.
In addition, we carry out the NDT inspections for these construction measures.
Another important aspect leading to a successful project is site supervision . This is also in the hands of Müller&Stahl. The suppliers for this are located in Germany, Italy and Denmark. This means a lot of organizational work for us, so that we are in regular contact with all suppliers and can complete the project successfully and to the complete satisfaction of our client.
New situations every day present many new challenges, which we meet with new ideas and changes in the process flow. Inspection plans are adapted to the situation, video conferences are switched instead of on-site inspections.
Telephone conferences are organized between the individual suppliers, a sometimes tedious process, but this too brings us closer to our goal of being able to successfully complete individual projects.
Despite the shutdown in Italy, we have successfully completed our production monitoring and the filter systems and all the associated equipment can now be transported to Hamburg.
Our areas of responsibility include:
- QS - tasks in the production area as well as on the construction site, during the assembly phase
- ITP as well as test plan preparation and coordination with the various component manufacturers as well as plant manufacturers
- Tracking of the manufacturing phase including deadline monitoring
- Tracking of the construction site assemblies of the individual suppliers
