In May 2019, we received the order for production support and acceptance activities in the area of welded part production and mechanical processing up to assembly. Components for the mining industry were manufactured in various countries. The order took us to various European countries to check the progress and quality.
What are our tasks in this project?
- Production support as well as inspections and acceptances of large drums in the mining sector at the supplier Germany and Romania in the welding sector
- Single part acceptance of bearing housings, drive shafts and other machined parts in Germany, Spain, Romania, Serbia and Poland
- Preparation and tracking of complete quality documentation. Checking of the welding plans, ITP's and drawing control in the area of welding execution and machining performance.
- Controls of the welding execution in the ZFP area // Ultrasonic tests
- Monitoring of the deadline situation with all suppliers
