Roadway with machine

We were able to book another large project at short notice. The production and delivery of a roadway and machine for the TMT company. After successful acceptance of the first track several weeks ago, we were pleased to receive another new order. The order covers the entire production - from the procurement of materials to the production of welded parts and mechanical processing to the assembly including the piping work and the corresponding function test. The welded part production as well as the entire assembly will be carried out in our company. The mechanical processing will be carried out in part by our cooperation companies.
What are our tasks in this project?
- Complete production of components according to customer requirements, drawings and parts lists
- Quality documentation according to customer and ISO:9001 standard
- Procurement of purchased parts
- Assembly
- Piping
- Function test of the system
- Dispatch execution
It's great that we get to carry out a follow-up job quite quickly after the first roadway job and the associated inspection. I am very pleased that we are allowed to support the big renowned Siegerland companies with our work.
