Magnetic particle inspection on large castings at various machining companies

For several years we have been working successfully for a large manufacturer in the casting sector. Throughout the years, we receive orders in the field of measurement technology and ZFP testing again and again. It leads us again and again to large processing machines in the closer environment, where we carry out our work with joy. Due to the long lasting cooperation our team is well prepared and adjusted for the work.
What are our tasks in this project?
- Magnetic particle inspection (MP) on various large components in the casting area
- Dimensional inspection of all components on the machine as well as manual measurement
- Creation of the associated documentation
It's nice to keep getting orders from the major customer. We enjoy working with the customer very much. We look forward to further orders and always do our best to optimally adapt our work strategies.
