Prestressing winches Rope laying Mining

We were able to book another large project in February 2020. The manufacture and delivery of two prestressing winches for the mining industry. The prestressing winches are needed for the rope laying in mining. We received the order from a Ukrainian company for the entire production and assembly of the two winches. A rope pull test will be carried out after the winches have been installed in our own company. For this purpose, the two systems must be electrically wired and set up to function. The handover of the two systems is planned for July 2020.

What are our tasks in this project?

  • Complete production of components according to customer requirements, drawings and parts lists
  • Quality documentation according to customer and ISO:9001 standard
  • Complete assembly of the components
  • Function test rope holding force
  • Dispatch execution
It is a very challenging task for us, which we will carry out together with one of our suppliers. It is nice to be able to carry out a complete assembly including function test in our own workshop.
