Dimensional inspection and ultrasonic testing on two 60 ton shafts in the Czech Republic

We are pleased to have received an order in the field of non-destructive material testing. We perform ultrasonic testing and dimensional inspection on two 60 ton shafts for the mining industry. The shafts are cast and finished in the Czech Republic. We will carry out the intermediate dimensional inspections as well as the final inspections and the ZFP tests on the components. The deadline monitoring should also be in our area of responsibility.
What are our tasks in this project?
- Dimensional inspection of the complete shafts on the machine as well as manual measurements
- Ultrasonic testing of the shafts
- Complete documentation of the manufactured components
