We were able to win another large project at short notice: The production supervision and deadline monitoring of various steel tanks for chemical construction.
The production of all tanks is carried out in Germany (Aschersleben). For the kickoff meeting via video conference we could exchange the necessary documents as well as information. Therefore the supervision on site could start from week week 33. From the current point of view, the production period will last until the end of October 2020. The first containers could be inspected and measured. As this is a "time-critical project", the expediting tasks have top priority.
Daily workflows have to be defined and controlled with the manufacturer. These are recorded daily in so-called OPL lists and made available to our customer.
