Despite the ongoing Corona crisis, we were able to book another large project in March 2021 for our production, schedule and assembly monitoring division. The currently still running order in Hamburg could convince our customer to place another order with us, which will later be assembled in Lünen (Alpha - hemihydrate plant).
The order includes the production and schedule monitoring of various machines for mechanical and plant engineering. In addition, we take over the associated pipe part production. After successful production monitoring, we take over the assembly coordination as well as on-site supervision at the construction site in Lünen.
What are our tasks in this project?
- Participation in supplier award talks
- Verification of the quality requirements of the suppliers
- Production support as well as inspections and acceptances at the supplier in Germany
- Tracking of the entire quality documentation
- Monitoring of the deadline situation with all suppliers
- Construction site coordination and monitoring
- Possible ZFP tests on the construction site
