In November 2019, we received the order for the schedule and production supervision of equipment for a strip line for galvanizing sheet metal.
The production took place at a supplier in Romania.
The particular challenge here was that the supplier reached its capacity limits with the size of this order.
To make matters worse, the "hot phase" of this order was at the beginning of the Corona pandemic, including lockdown.
Together with the customer and the supplier, we worked out solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
